Our WhatsApp Support

If you contact La Scarpa del Duca through the WhatsApp messaging service, we will use your phone number to communicate with you via WhatsApp. Additionally, we process other personal data stored by WhatsApp, particularly name and surname, nickname used for WhatsApp registration, profile picture as well as messages and files that you send us through the application.

We process your mobile number to identify you. Your nickname and profile picture, provided through WhatsApp, are used for display purposes. Your communication with us is saved as a conversation transcript. This serves the purpose of using previous communication with you as context for future conversations. The transcript also contains delivery and read receipts.

WhatsApp collects data independently. Regarding the purpose and scope of data collection by WhatsApp, further processing of your data by WhatsApp and your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy, please consult WhatsApp’s privacy policy. You can find it here or directly in the WhatsApp application.

Our Email Support

If you contact us via email, we will use the email address provided by you exclusively to respond to your requests. The data you communicate (email address, any attachments, message text) will be processed solely for the purpose of managing communication and providing the requested assistance.

We do not use data transmitted via email for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Email correspondence may be archived to ensure traceability and management of requests.

The email service used is provided by third parties (e.g., email service providers) who may process data independently. For more information about data processing, you must consult the privacy policy of your email service provider.

Our iMessage Support

If you contact us via iMessage, we will use the phone number or email address linked to your Apple account exclusively to respond to your requests. The data you communicate (number, email address, message text, any attachments) will be processed solely for communication management.

We do not use data transmitted via iMessage for purposes other than assistance or responding to requests. The conversation may be archived for administrative purposes and for proper management of previous communications.

Apple, as the iMessage service provider, collects and processes data independently. For more information about Apple’s data processing and privacy protection rights, you can consult Apple’s privacy policy here.

By using our messaging or electronic communication services, you consent to our privacy policy and accept its terms. If you need further information or have questions about our privacy policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Consent is mandatory and implicit in the request sent via WhatsApp, Email or iMessage.

If you do not wish for data to be saved as described above, you cannot use the contact services.

Pursuant to art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code, we inform you that your rights regarding data processing are:

  • to know, through free access, the existence of data processing that may concern you;
  • to be informed about the nature and purposes of processing;
  • to obtain from the controller, without delay:
    • confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and communication in intelligible form of the same data and their origin, as well as the logic and purposes on which the processing is based; the request may be renewed, except for justified reasons, with an interval of not less than ninety days;
    • deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those for which retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
