About Us

We are located at Via Antonio Scarpa 6, in the heart of Modena’s historic center.
We’re just a stone’s throw away from the city’s main historical and artistic monuments, in an area rich with traditional restaurants and characteristic local venues, just a few meters from the main market and shopping streets.
We are easily accessible on foot from the train station or from numerous bus stops.
Additionally, just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the airport bus stop that connects Bologna’s Marconi Airport (BLQ) to the city of Modena. Feel free to ask us for any information you need – we’ll be happy to help you find the best solution to reach us. Rates

STANDARD RATES:

Low Season (07/01 - 01/04)

  • Apartment for 1-2 guests 85€ per night
  • Apartment for 3 guests 120€ per night
  • Apartment for 4 guests 150€ per night

High Season (02/04 - 06/01)

  • Apartment for 1-2 guests 100€per night
  • Apartment for 3 guests 120€ per night
  • Apartment for 4 guests 150€ per night

The standard rates for Apartments include breakfast with a Nespresso machine in room. All rates includes: Taxes, towels, linens and toiletries During weekends and from April to September the minimum number of nights is 2

PROMOTIONAL RATES:

  • With 3 nights discount of 15% on total
  • With 4 nights discount of 18% on total
  • With 5 nights discount of 20% on total
